Our preferred tool for producing online learning materials is Oracle UPK - a software product which enables the creation of e-learning materials and system documentation.
The program can be used with a variety of software packages (including Oracle, Siebel and Peoplesoft) to capture the steps in system processes. Mouse clicks, data entry, buttons pressed and menu options selected are all recorded. By adding additional information such as process steps, policy details and/or other key messages, they provide comprehensive help and support for users.
